ABOUT BEE

Nutritional Therapist & Yoga Teacher

Bee is passionate about all things relating to food and fitness. As a qualified and BANT registered Nutritional Therapist, she uses a functional medicine model to get to the bottom of her clients' health concerns. She qualified as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in 2017 and went on to complete her postgraduate education at the Centre for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (CNELM) where she studied Sports Nutrition and Chronic Illness & Personalised Nutrition. Bee specialises in sports nutrition and performance, metabolic health and stress management.

Bee also loves to teach yoga and is a 300 hour Yoga Alliance qualified Yoga Teacher and incorporates a Yin and Yang practice, specialising in Vinyasa/Power yoga for a dynamic and strengthening practice as well as a more nurturing, deep fascia release through yin stretches for a mind body practice using the art of Yin Yoga.
